How to set the time zone for an account?

I am creating prototyping teams and having to set the timezone each time. How do I set the time zone for the account with the intent that team creation will default to the account’s timezone?

At this point I do not have that ability on the site, so you do need to set it for each team. This is a great suggestion for an enhancement, though. Thanks for the feedback!
