General - Update page when changed by another user

General ER:
Update a page when its contents is updated by another user without requiring the user to refresh the page.

Use Case:
User Student1 has the session home page displayed when user Student2 adds a meeting. The desired behavior is for the new meeting appear on the paged being displayed by Student1
